2029's three-day weekends aren't the small stuff

Chasing only the big blocks leaves the rest of your year rough.
In 2029, excluding the year-end break, 10 weekends are 3 days or longer, and 9 of them turn into 4-day breaks with a single PTO day on either side. That is a high-leverage way to add real recovery without spending much PTO.
